Cleanliness and Maintenance
We always feel that the bigger a resort is, the harder it is for a cleaning team to get a perfect mark for cleanliness and in the case of The Apurva Kempinski, it’s huge, and of course, minor details occasionally get missed.
But overall, it’s very clean and well-maintained, and we doubt you’re going to have any real issues during your stay.
Sleep Quality
The rooms here are very big, and the beds are likewise; they are high-end products with comfortable mattresses and top-notch pillows.
There are no light leaks, and unless you’re unlucky enough to have noisy corridor mates, there’s no noise leaks either. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
The best hotels in Bali have some of the best staff and service cultures in the world, and The Apurva Kempinski is no exception.
And you can’t run a resort of this size well if you micromanage, so the staff actually have the power to get things done, well.

It’s a big hotel, and the check-in and check-out experience is pretty quick, given the Balinese need for paperwork.

The bathrooms are simply incredible, large, with super comfortable amenities, good water pressure, lovely fluffy towels and solid toiletries supplied. We loved them.

Yes, you’d come here to eat even if you weren’t staying here, and a lot of people do.
Location & Immediate Surroundings
Nusa Dua is beautiful, but it’s also a bit remote from the rest of Bali. This is a great place to spend a whole holiday in your resort, but less so for exploring the island.

The Apurva Kempinski absolutely delivers an amazing array of amenities and facilities, and they all live up to or exceed the promise of their marketing material.

And while you can spend a fortune here, overall, it’s actually very reasonably priced compared to most of the similar resorts in Bail.
