We had a beautiful night’s sleep at this resort, thanks to the relatively remote location; there’s no traffic noise to contend with, and the hotel itself is tranquil.
The beds are big, comfortable, and the bedding and mattresses are first-rate. We also felt that there was no light leak in the rooms in the morning to disturb a lie-in.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
The staff here are absolutely first-rate with a real emphasis on the kind of warm Balinese hospitality that this island is famous for.
It’s also worth mentioning that they are very much empowered to resolve issues rather than escalate them, and we love that.

The check-in process is decent, and we found ourselves swiftly moving from arrival to our rooms in a comfortable order.
Checking out is fine too, and they can store luggage if you need them to, so you can spend a little more time in Ubud before you leave.

The bathrooms are fantastic, large, well-appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. We really liked the towels and the toiletries here.

Ubud is a lovely place, and it has a lot to see and do in the city and the surrounding area. However, you are a little out of the way at this resort, and you’ll need transportation to get around.
We’d also note that while Ubud is deservedly popular, it can be a bit crowded at peak times, and the traffic in and out of town can be very heavy, indeed.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise
This hotel has excellent facilities, and they are all as advertised, but we can’t help but feel that in this price bracket, they could squeeze a little bit more into this place.
But you won’t be bored while staying here, and that’s the main thing.
