Cleanliness and Maintenance
It’s hard to keep the inside of tents perfectly clean and free of outside debris, insects, etc. The cleaning and maintenance team do an epic job in these circumstances.
But if you really want that perfectly sanitised feel for your bedroom, you will be much better off in a hotel than a tent.
Sleep Quality
There are two major sources of noise on this camping site, the first is the ocean, and particularly if the weather is a touch inclement, it can get really noisy. There’s also a minor road going past the front entrance, it’s not that busy, but it too can get a bit noisy.
The staff provide earplugs for sensitive sleepers on demand, but only you can decide if that’s going to work for you. Otherwise, the beds, bedding, etc., are extremely comfortable but there’s no AC, just fans.

We felt that the staff here were absolutely fantastic, and there’s no doubt that you will get a lot of attention to detail and high-quality service.
However, they’re not miracle workers as some of our fellow guests seemed to feel they should be; they have no control over insects, traffic noise, etc.

As you might expect, it’s very easy to check in to a glamping site, particularly if you’ve paid in advance, as most people will in this credit card age.
Checking out is also simple, but there’s no bag storage, because it’s a campsite.

It’s a bathroom in a tent, but it’s a pretty good bathroom in a tent. There’s plenty of room, and the toiletries and towels are fine.
However, the outside world will make the occasional intrusion into the bathroom; that’s just to be expected.

Yes, it’s a tent, but it’s a very nice tent. And this kind of epic view doesn’t come cheap elsewhere in Bali; you’d expect to pay $300+ for a villa or hotel room in this sort of location.
