Cleanliness and Maintenance
The attention to every detail at this resort is exceptional, as we suspected it would be. Bvlgari is, of course, first and foremost a fashion brand, and part of that demands immaculate presentation.
There’s nothing in this resort that looks anything other than well cared for. Of course, they’re coming up 20 years old now, so not everything looks brand new, but that’s just par for the course.
Sleep Quality
If you can’t get a good night’s sleep here in the relative isolation of Uluwatu, we’re not sure where you’re going to get one.
The beds are luxurious, with linens, mattresses and pillows that make you feel positively regal, and there’s no light or sound leaking into the room to annoy you. We also liked the airflow within the room.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
You just know that a hotel with this brand and reputation is going to deliver a truly sterling experience when it comes to the service culture.
Whatever it is you need, they will go out of their way to make it happen. Every member of staff will make you feel welcome and appreciated.

The bathrooms are incredible, and there’s no doubt at all that they are big enough and comfortable enough.

The price tag is huge, but you get a lot for your money at this hotel, and we can’t stress enough how much of a wonderful time we had at Bvlgari Resort.
We couldn’t quite push ourselves to an exceptional value rating, but it’s certainly better than average.

Would we come back to this resort just for the food and drinks? Oh yes, yes we would. That is, if we could afford to.
It’s not cheap, but every dining occasion here is exceptional, and everything is presented beautifully, too.
Location & Immediate Surroundings
The location is safe and attractive, but it’s a bit of a walk from other things to see and do, and most people are going to need transportation to get anywhere else.
And the Bukit Peninsula location also isn’t ideal for exploring the rest of the island.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise
The facilities and amenities are plentiful as promised on their website, and they are all absolutely first-rate.
It’s really nice to see a high-end resort remember that these details are part of what makes or breaks an experience rather than a “nice to have” at the bottom of your list.
Overall “Personality”
This is a genuinely iconic hotel. We’d have expected nothing less from a fashion brand, and they brought in some of the world’s most distinguished architects to design the place.
You simply can’t go wrong with this resort, and it will stay in your memories forever, and always in a positive light.

Bvlagri Resort is a Michelin key holder, and we could quite understand why. This is a truly amazing resort, and you’re guaranteed to have a very nice and refined experience here.
The only downside is the price, but to be fair, you do get a lot for your money here.
