Cleanliness and Maintenance
Padma is a big resort, and the cleaning team does an excellent job, but there’s no doubt when you have a place this big that things occasionally slip through the cracks, and we did find areas where things ought to be moved and dusted under, and they weren’t.
Overall, though, we can’t complain, and the maintenance team seems to be very proactive in keeping things running smoothly.
Sleep Quality
We really can’t complain about the nights of sleep we had at this resort; we felt that the rooms were very much soundproof, with no noise coming in despite the number of people who stay here.
The beds were very comfy, and we liked the mattresses, pillows and airflow too. We also found that the light didn’t intrude in the early mornings.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
This resort has a reputation for excellent service, and we felt that it lived up to this well-deserved rep in real life.
The staff have that typical Balinese warmth and friendliness but married with a sense of real professionalism and pride in providing a first-rate experience to all their guests.

The check-in process at Padma Resort Legian was fine. We didn’t feel that it was the fastest we’d experienced, but we didn’t need to wait long to be in our rooms either.
Check-out is even more efficient, and they’ll be happy to store your bags for you if you need them to after you vacate your room.
Bathroom Quality & Functionality
The bathrooms were adequate to the task. We felt that the water pressure was a little lacking and that the towels were a little on the old side, but otherwise, we had a very pleasurable experience with the cleaning amenities here.

We found the huge number of amenities at Padma Resort Legian represented incredible value for money in this price bracket.
We doubt you’d ever get bored at this resort on a normal length holiday, and when you combine that with nice rooms and exceptional service, you can’t go wrong.
Food And Beverage Execution
The food and beverages at this resort are amazing. The breakfast area is one of the best we’ve ever seen and it sets you up perfectly for a great day ahead.
And Donbiu Restaurant is something of a local legend and we can and do visit the restaurant without staying in the resort.
Location & Immediate Surroundings
This resort is beachside in Legian, one of the more popular beach towns in Bali. There’s not that much within walking distance of the resort, but if you jump in a Grab or Gojek (the local Uber-equivalents) then you’ll find the whole island is practically on your doorstep.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise
The facilities at this resort are both plentiful and exceptional. The number one reason to stay here is that you want to use the amenities and intend to spend a considerable amount of time in the hotel.

This resort is really beautiful, and you’ll find that as you wander the grounds, you’re always taking photos of something new.
