Cleanliness and Maintenance
We expected as close to perfection as it’s possible to get from this brand, and we were not disappointed.
It doesn’t matter what you move around or where you go on the grounds, the cleaning and maintenance team have done outstanding work here.
Sleep Quality
The rooms here are marvellous, the beds are big and comfy, the mattresses are first-rate, the pillows and linen are superb too, and the air flow is just right.
But… while most of the time, there’s no noise in this area at all, if the hotel is hosting an event, you can be certain that you can hear the event in your room. If the event goes late at night, this can drive you to distraction.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
We felt that the staff were every bit as amazing as we’d expect from a Jumeirah property, and you will be offered a world-class service culture throughout your time here.
Check-in/Check-out Experience
Check-in and check-out are pretty seamless, and you won’t be hanging around very long before you’re enjoying your residence for the first time.
Bathroom Quality & Functionality
The bathrooms are exceptional. Large, light, easy to move around in, first-rate toiletries and some of the best towels we’ve ever been fortunate enough to test.
We also like that they use eco-friendly products throughout the hotel including in the bathroom.
Value For Money
Jumeirah Bali is a fabulous experience, but it’s competing at a very high price point, and that means we expect absolute perfection, and they’re not quite there. It’s good value for money, but not exceptional.
Food And Beverage Execution
We felt that the on-site restaurants and bar facilities were all good enough to visit this hotel for in their own right, even if you weren’t staying here.
The tastes are great, the presentation is amazing, and there’s no doubt that one of the highlights of staying here is the culinary offering.
Location & Immediate Surroundings
This is a very attractive location, which is super safe, but it’s also quite remote, and there’s nothing within walking distance of this resort.
That means you’re going to need transportation to do anything else at all, and it’s not in the best place for getting out to explore the rest of Bali, either.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise
We felt that the facilities were not just as advertised but that they were genuinely exceptional. We loved that they provided cold towels and drinking water almost everywhere in the resort, and snacks in most places too.
There’s also something quite nice about using the on-site golf buggies to get around the resort in.
Overall “Personality”
There’s no doubt that this seaside resort on Dreamland Beach is unforgettable and you will enjoy special memories of your Bali holiday for the rest of your life if you stay here.

Jumeirah Bali is a really good hotel and it wouldn’t take very much to turn into one of the island’s absolute best in our opinion.
If you choose to stay here, you’re going to be very happy, indeed.

Is Jumeirah Bali Family Friendly?
Yes, Jumeriah Bali is very much a family-friendly hotel. The two-bedroom connecting villas make it easy to bring a large family and enjoy a shared living space while respecting everyone’s privacy.
It has the Peafowl Kids’ Club, a playground, and a children’s pool, along with regular activities such as treasure hunts for the little ones.
The restaurants support children’s menus, and they can also offer babysitting services (for a fee) on demand.
However, it’s worth noting that this resort is a little removed from Bali’s nightlife districts, which means teens may want to be closer to the action, and it’s quite expensive, which may put this place out of the budget range of many families. Final Thoughts On Jumeirah Bali
Jumeirah Bali is one of the big-name hotels on the island, and for very good reasons. The villas are luxurious and spacious.
The facilities here are first-rate, and the dining is exceptional. They have enough amenities to make this a very appealing spot for a family holiday, too.
The only downside is the price tag, but you do get what you pay for here, and if this resort is in your comfortable budget, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to you.
