Cleanliness and Maintenance

We felt that this resort was always clean enough, but that there was a little lack of attention to the fine details.
There’s nothing to worry about; you’re in a hygienic place, but they could really use pulling things out a bit and dusting under them, rather than around them.
Sleep Quality

We loved the quality of sleep at the Mahagiri Villas, and we think it’s a testament to the design that the rooms are big with comfortable beds and excellent mattresses.
They also sealed the place well, so there’s no noise or light coming in during the night to upset your sleep. We also felt that the airflow in the room was pleasing and conducive to rest.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture

This is Bali, and if you’re staying in a 5-star resort, you can pretty much guarantee that the service experience will be exceptional.
The locals are warm and friendly, and the training departments ensure they are professional and highly skilled. You won’t want for anything here.
Check-in/Check-out Experience

The check-in and check-out process is reasonably fluid, and you won’t be kept hanging around for unreasonable amounts of time at any point.
You may also ask the hotel to store your luggage before you check in for the day or after you leave before your trip back to the airport.
Bathroom Quality & Functionality

We felt that the water pressure was a little disappointing in the bathrooms at this place, but otherwise, they were very nice.
The toiletries, in particular, were really good, and we wish we had a regular supply of them.
Value For Money

We felt that Mahagiri Villas Sanur were decent value for money, but not exceptional, there are a lot of great places to stay in this price bracket in Bali.
Food And Beverage Execution

The food and drinks here are very good, and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. But we didn’t feel that they really stood out against a background of culinary excellence on the island, with so many other choices available to us, we probably wouldn’t return just for the food.
Location & Immediate Surroundings

This is a near to the beachfront resort with access to everything that Sanur has to offer within walking distance. You just can’t go wrong, really.
Sanur has more than enough going for itself to keep you entertained while you holiday in the town.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise

We felt that the all the facilities and amenities that were advertised were present and correct, but nothing really blew us away, it was all good enough.
Overall “Personality”

It’s an attractive resort and we loved grabbing some snaps for our socials to share with our friends, who were jealous of our stay.
However, we didn’t feel it was distinct enough to really stand out in our memories in a few years’ time.
Summary: Our Overview Of Mahagiri Villas Sanur

We very much enjoyed our time at Mahagiri Villas Sanur, and we’d happily come back again, but there are plenty of other resorts in this price range that offer similar value for money.
That means you’re going to want to carefully consider exactly what you want out of your holiday before you book this place in Sanur.
Grading: Very Good/Happy to Return
Other great places to stay here include Klumpu Bali Resort and Karmagli Boutique.
