Cleanliness and Maintenance
We felt that this resort was extremely clean and well maintained, we couldn’t find anything to fault the team on, not even after moving furniture and ornaments around.
It feels new and fresh, and that’s definitely a nice touch when you’re on holiday and want a little luxury in your life.
Sleep Quality
We were impressed with how quiet it is in this resort, given how busy and noisy Canggu can be and even during the evenings, it’s very peaceful, even outdoors in the gardens, and the rooms are silent.
The beds are super comfortable, the airflow is great in the room, and the blackout curtains are very good. You will sleep very well here.
Staff Attitude And Service Culture
The staff are excellent, and we found that they work very hard to ensure that you have a premium experience here.
Overall, they have the warmth and friendliness that everyone associates with this island and really high-end professionalism.
Check-in/Check-out Experience
Check in and check out are OK, but this isn’t a very big resort, so don’t expect to spend any real time waiting to get into your rooms.
And they can store luggage for you after check out if you want to spend more time in Canggu before you move on to your next destination.
Bathroom Quality & Functionality
We thought that the bathrooms were nice and that they were big enough with decent water pressure. But the towels were only OK, and the supplied toiletries were also just alright.

We thought that this resort was good value for money, but at this price point, there are a lot of options in Canggu and in Bali as a whole.
We’d recommend that you make sure that this place meets all your requirements for a great holiday before you book.
Food And Beverage Execution
The onsite restaurant is nice and the food and drinks are tasty enough and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, but we don’t think it’s the most memorable place to eat in Canggu.
Overall, given the options in this area, we probably wouldn’t come here just to eat and drink.

Canggu is a brilliant place to stay because of its beaches, watersports, nightlife, markets, shopping, bars, restaurants, things to do, beach clubs and more.
This area is also very safe and pleasant to be in, with easy access to Canggu and to the rest of the island.
Facilities & Amenities Vs Promise
The facilties and amenities at this resort are exactly as promised, but there just aren’t very many of them.
This is definitely a good place for a romantic break, where you spend time in each other’s company rather than relying on the hotel to entertain you.
Overall “Personality”
Overall, we felt that this was a nice but not truly exceptional resort. If it’s your first time in a luxury suite in Bali, you will remember it for years to come.
But if you spend a lot of time in 5-star resorts, then we don’t feel it stands out that much.
